The fight with Kakashi made more sense. Kakashi avoided explosions using all sort of methods, because explosions kill. Now Sasuke received direct hits in his face at least twice and not a single scratch is shown.
Probably in the manga this fight made more sense.

I just realized how much I love the Akatsuki group. They are all brilliant and powerful ninja on thier own right, on top of that they have a good synergy between themselves. I like Deidara, I like Tobi, I know Im gonna like Itachi too. Heck, I even liked the chemistry between Hidan and Kakuzu.
But most of all, I definitely lovePain.
I'm just waiting for his reveal

Itachi wasn't lying when he said "It doesn't matter. I'll take care of it". It took him minutes to convince Deidara.
Never expected Deidara to admire someone else's "art" as he is just too confident in himself since the beginning but its Itachi so I can see why Deidara did that, even he himself was shocked thinking "I was marveling at someone else's abilities" as realisation dawned upon him.

You'll only see this type of animation during fighting scenes for the episodes that aired around this time period. Takes a lot of effort to animate fighting scenes so they just made the animation worse to save money and effort

You mean the the regular Sharingan genjutsu or Mangekyo Sharingan? If it's the former, probably because he thought it wasn't the right time to use it but he might use it in the next episode. If it's the latter, probably because he hasn't found out another way to activate it yet, other than killing Naruto (As what Itachi told him - he needs to kill his closest friend to acquire those eyes).

Kakashi who developed it with hard work- but did it develop as Obito(his best friend?idk)died before-

Sasuke tries his best to not copy Itachi's style because he despises him. That's why he didn't kill Naruto cos he was told by Itachi that's the way to activate his mangekyo and Itachi's entire style is based on Genjutsu after joining Akatsuki because he doesn't kill people (unless it's his own clan), that's why the current version of Sasuke just sticks with the signature Uchiha clan jutsu/ Kakashi's and Orochimaru's style for most part.
